Announcement

Effective September 12, 2011, Lightstone transfer agent services has converted from ACS Securities, Inc. to DST Systems, Inc. For account transfers, the $50.00 ACS Securities fee will no longer be applicable. Lastly, all client-servicing functions will be managed by ICON's Investor Relations Department.
