Credit Analyst - Vice President

ICON Capital Corp. is currently seeking a Credit Analyst - Vice President. The primary purpose of this position is to provide analytical support to senior members of the group in assisting the decision making process that ultimately drives our continued performance.

Responsibilities:

• Interface regularly with senior members of the group to process deal inflow.
• Prepare and/ or compile financial and operating information on the company / portfolio under investigation; utilize quantitative and qualitative information obtained to determine financial, competitive advantages and disadvantages.
• Manage a number of portfolio accounts.
• Track economic, market and industry data of importance.
• Proactively monitor industry/ sector developments.
• Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and productivity of performing analysis, accessing information and communicating ideas/ results.

Qualifications:

• 4 year degree in Finance (preferred) or related field.
• Credit background preferred.
• 5+ years experience.
• Analytical in nature.
• Familiar with Windows, specifically Excel tools/formulas/macros to perform.
• Ability to work in a group environment or independently to drive results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented.

Current Opening: Operations Analyst

Job Title: Operations Analyst
Department: Financial Operations

Position Overview/Job Objective:

ICON Investments Corp. is looking to hire an experienced professional to add to its Operations staff.  We are looking for a detail oriented, self motivated, hard working individual who will be able to work in a fast paced environment.  This individual will interact across many aspects of the business and there are many opportunities for development within these areas.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze deals, funds and portfolio performances and expectations
• Process terminations and analyze performance of individual transactions, to be submitted to senior management for their use in remarketing and due diligence
• Knowledge of financial metrics preferred (NAV, IRR and ROI calculations)
• Ability to perform analytical reviews
• Support and maintain company’s leases, leasing systems and portfolios
• Initiate and manage the booking process of new and restructured deals. Monitor the lifecycle of each new transaction from booking
• Assist in quarterly reviews and yearly audits by providing answers, support and internal documentation for transaction activity throughout the year.
• Internal management reporting
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• 4 year degree in Finance (preferred) or related field
• 3-5 years of finance-related field experience
• Knowledge of financial metrics
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiar with Windows, specifically Excel tools/formulas/macros to perform analysis
• Strong systems background
• Ability to work in a group environment or independently to drive results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
