DEALER/MANAGER FOR LIGHTSTONE VALUE PLUS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST II, INC.
The Lightstone Group (“Lightstone”) and ICON Investments™ (“ICON”) announced that effective July 8, 2011, ICON, through ICON Securities Corp., member FINRA/SIPC (“ICON Securities”), has assumed exclusive dealer manager responsibilities for the public offering of up to 51,000,000 shares of common stock of Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. (“REIT II”) at a public offering price of $10.00 per share pursuant to the Assignment and Amendment of the Dealer Manager Agreement.
