ICON Securities has a strategic alliance with Lightstone Securities to provide distribution and wholesaling services for Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc ("Lightstone REIT II".) Under the new alliance, ICON Securities will initially provide additional distribution and wholesaling services to Lightstone Securities for Lightstone REIT II.  Subject to review by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”), ICON Securities intends to assume full dealer-manager responsibility for Lightstone REIT II in the coming months.
